Sliding pusher chain
Overhead conveyors
result in a considerable increase in productivity if they are designed
to synchronize operations, avoid contact between carcasses and save manpower.
This particular overhead conveyor is designed to push any trolleys on a
tracking rail system with minimum mechanic and maintenance. They are
able to carry any type of meat industry trolleys.
Construction :
- Frame made of galvanized or SS 304 HSS
square 4 in.
- Chain type X-458 made
of
dropped forged high carbon heat treated and plated.
- Equipped with lateral galvanized flat
bars.
- Each stainless steel pushers are mounted on
galvanized or stainless attachments

Horizontal curves made with heavy duty steel
wheels mounted on shaft and bearings.
- Overload limiter is installed on each
electrical drive.
