Shackle I-Beam chain

Overhead conveyors result in a considerable increase in productivity if they are designed to synchronize operations, avoid contact between carcasses and save manpower. This particular overhead conveyor is designed to carry killed animals from the ground through different equipments at any level.

Construction :

• Frame made of painted or galvanized I beam

• Chain type X-458 made of dropped forged high carbon heat treated and plated.

• Each shackling chain is mounted on attachments fixed on 4in. trolley

• Horizontal curves made with heavy duty steel wheels mounted on shaft and bearings.

• Overload limiter is installed on each electrical drive.

Options :

• Electronic variable drive.

• Pneumatic take up.

• Miscellaneous possible controls and electronic indicators.

• Pneumatic feeders.
