Overhead
conveyors result in a considerable increase of productivity if they are designed
to synchronize operations, avoid contact between carcasses and save manpower.
This particular overhead conveyor is designed to push any trolleys on a tracking
rail system even if there is elevation or slope. They are able to carry any type
of meat industry trolleys.
Construction :
- Frame made of galvanized I beam and galvanized molded steel hangers
- Chain type X-458
made of
dropped forged high carbon heat treated and plated.
- Each SS 304 pushers are mounted
on galvanized attachments
- Horizontal curves
made with heavy duty galvanized steel sprockets

electrical drive.
