Automatic switch

Overhead rail switches are supplied as complete units, ready to be incorporated into the track system by welding. Once they are, they become permanently part of the system. The rail sections of  the switches are made of 1/2" X 2 1/2" steel. Standard automatic switches are 90⁰, but can be replaced by 45⁰ bends on request. Coming from two ways on a railing system, trolleys can switch automatically to one way without any other intervention than the trolley passage itself.

Construction :

• Built of painted, galvanized or stainless steel.

• Different models availables depending on the direction needed and side of rail hangers.

Options :

• High frame used for 1L and 1R switches installed on overhead motorized chains.

• Curved part of the switch can go up or down to facilitate entrance of trolleys on the main rail.
