Intralox box conveyor
The Intralox box conveyors are designed to transfer boxes, plastic totes,
etc. They are equipped with adjustable legs for floor support and designed to meet
individual application requirements .
Construction :

SS 304 construction, conveyor's sides are flush with the belt or 5" height Intralox belt S-800 X 20" wide
polyethylene white flat top.

UHMW plastic slides mounted on a removable
SS 304 rack made of SS 304 rods for easy cleaning.

E-Z cleaning Intralox sprockets.

Flange bearings with polymer casing and
SS inserts at both ends of the conveyor.

Conveyors driven by an hydraulic motor coupled with
SS 304 coupling or SS 304 chain #60 and sprockets.
Options :

Back plate to prevent the product
from falling on the floor.

Pneumatic gate for accumulation.

SS hydraulic piping with necessary controls (ball valves, flow controls)
