Merge roller curve

The Merge roller curve is designed to carry boxes rapidly and easily to the strapping or shipping stations.

Construction :

• SS 304 frame built from profiled sheets 12 ga

• Hard conical plastic rollers Ø1 7/8" with SS 304 bushings at both end.

• SS 304 hss legs 1-1/4" square with adjustable feet with anchorage plates.

• The conveyor can be driven by hydraulic or electric motor

• Rollers mounted on bearings on the side of the sprocket.

• Equipped with SS 304guards

Options :

• Motorization.

• Adapted on a motorized or fixed roller conveyor.
