Motorized roller conveyor

The Motorized Roller conveyor is designed to rapidly and easily transport boxes  to strapping or shipping stations.

Construction :

• SS 304 frame built from profiled sheet 12ga.

• SS 304 or plastic roller Ø1 7/8" with plastic bushings at both end.

• SS 304 hss legs 1-1/4" square with adjustable feet and anchorage plates.

• Conveyor can be driven by hydraulic or electric motor and coupled by Gates pulley

• Rollers will be driven with an under belt friction.

• Tensionners to apply friction between the rollers and the belt.

Options :

• Necessary valves, flow controls and fitting.

• Pneumatic system to declutch a part of driving belt.

• Pneumatic box stoppers.

• Merge sections.
