Roller conveyor :

The roller conveyor is designed to carry boxes rapidly to the strapping or shipping stations. Gates allow workers to have a quick and easy access to the workstations.

Construction :

  • SS 304 frame built from profiled sheet 12ga.

  • Available with SS 304 or plastic roller Ø1 7/8" with plastic bushings at both end.

  • Rollers are at 3-1/4" c./c.

  • SS 304 hss legs 1-1/4" square with adjustable feet

Options :

  • Gates

  • Stopper

  • With sides

  • Merge "Y" roller conveyor

Roller gate conveyor

The Roller Gate conveyor is designed to allow workers to have a rapid and easy access to the workstations.

Construction :

  • SS 304 frame built from profiled sheets 12 GA

  • Available with stainless steel or plastic roller Ø1 7/8" with plastic bushings at both end.

  • Rollers are at 3-1/4" c./c.

  • Supported from roller conveyor with SS brackets (hinged).
