Endless screw conveyor
Screw conveyors are used to transfer
materials from one processing stage to another. This bearing supported (drive end)
screw can take multiple shapes like the U-shape or the flat-trough.
Construction :

Troughs and screws available in painted, galvanized
or stainless 304 steel.

Driven by an hydraulic or electric gear-motor coupled with roller chain and sprockets.

Anti-friction plates
are required for longer screws without support.

Trough can be poured
into concrete floor, legs anchored to the floor and on wheels.

Perforated bottom or drain pipe at the entrance to remove excesses of water.

Plastic wear strips over flights.
