Misc. belt conveyor

Soft belt conveyors without sides are designed to transfer boxes, plastic totes, etc. They are equipped with adjustable legs for floor support, and they are designed to meet the requirements of individual application.

Various shapes and design are available :

• Sides of conveyors made of stainless steel sheet 12ga.

• Standard belt is with two plies of PVC white, tan or brown rough top.

• Belt supported by SS rods

• Flange bearing with polymer housing and SS inserts at both end of conveyor.

• SS 304 crown faced drums at each end of conveyor.

• Conveyors driven by an electric gearmotor or hydraulic motor

• Mounted with ss coupling,  SS chain and sprocket or polychain belt and pulleys.

All our conveyors can be equipped :

• Back plate

• SS pans over conveyors.

• SS hydraulic piping with necessary controls (ball valves, flow controls).
