Sanitary belt conveyor
Soft belt sanitary conveyors are designed to transfer small meat
cuts, trimming, fats, etc. They can be suspended, fixed over tables, or equipped with adjustable legs for floor support
and they are completely designed
to meet the requirements of each individual application.
Construction :

Sides of conveyors made of
SS 304 sheet 12ga.

Standard belt with two plies
made of polyesters fiber
-
Belt is supported and sliding on
SS 304 rods
-
SS crown faced drums at each end of the conveyor.
-
Drive end can be vulcanized
if necessary.
-
Conveyors driven by an electric gear-motor or hydraulic motor
(with underpan if required).
-
They are mounted with
SS coupling, SS chain and sprockets or polychain belt and pulleys.
All our conveyors can be equipped
with the following:

Entrance back plate to deviate the infeed products.

Exit chute to transfer products.
-
Divider on full length of conveyor.
-
SS pans under the conveyor (worker passage).
-
SS pans over conveyors.
-
Rotative scrapers (driven with
SS sprockets and SS chain from the conveyor driving shaft).

Fixed scrapers.
-
Attachments to fix the conveyor from ceiling.
-
SS hydraulic piping with necessary controls (ball valves, flow controls).
