RIOPEL continuous
Ham Tumbler conditions skin, fat and muscle for an improved skinning and boning
efficiency (ham/man/hr of 10% or greater, as well as increased yield
(from bone). Clients report 2-4% increases in brine retention from preconditioning.
Construction :
- SS 304 tubes frame supporting a profiles tunnel.
- Tumbler is driven by a sprocket around the tumbler with a
5 h.p. motor-reducer assembly
- Motor is controlled by a variable frequency
drive
- Supported by four high capacity wheels
covered with urethane (contact surface only).
- Adjustable height exit door controlled
by an hydraulic lever valve
