End Belly press

The End Belly press is designed to flatten the end of bellies so that the skinner may remove as much skin as possible.

Construction :

  • SS construction made in 2 in. square tubing.

  • 1 SS compression upper roller Ø8" mounted on 2 take-up and driven by hydraulic motor pneumatically activated with 2 cylinder compresses the end of bellies.

  • The cylinders are controled by photocell activating pneumatic solenoid valve with air regulator and filter.

  • 1 Roller 8" diam. with teeth to drive the bellie is driven by an hydraulic motor with ss  coupling.

  • Plastic scraper to remove grease from the upper roller.

  • Infeed inclinable soft belt

  • Electrical control box NEMA4X with a PLC logo, emergency stop.

  • SS security guards wired to a control box with a limit switch to avoid any hand injury .
