The Belly
Press is designed to
flatten the bellies to have better results during the ribs removal.
Construction :
- SS 304 frame supporting a 20" diam SS checkered plate roller.
- Removable plastic support 2" under
supporting belt.
- Urethane stoppers.
- Ss hydraulic piping with necessary
controls ( ball valves, flow controls).
- Motor coupled
with #60 ss chains and sporckets.
- Pneumatic lever valve.
Options :
- Electric gear motor with varidrive.
