Jowl Slasher

The Jowl Slasher allows to spread hogs jowls to pour efficiently jowl skin into the skinning machine. It comes with a sterilization cabinet to be used when slasher hit an abscess.

Construction :

• All stainless steel and approved plastic components, this slasher is built over a plastic belt conveyor with adjustable legs support.

• 12 blades of 8 in. diam. are mounted on a shaft directly coupled to an hydraulic motor.

• Pneumatic cylinders give the possibility to lift the slasher and facilitate washing and maintenance period.

• Sterilization line and nozzles.
