Foot & hock Cut-off saw

The Foot & Hock saws replace the band saws for the foot removal and hock from the picnic. Using a laser light guide, the operator's task is to position picnics on the conveyor where it is automatically transported and positioned by superior traction chains through two circular saws. The foot pedal operation lifts the hock slicer to allow hock-on operation. Security of operation and consistent product with superior quality are benefits. Must be used in combinaison with the Butt & Picnic Cutter (C-1160)..

SS 304 tubular frame anchored to the floor
• (2) 16 in. Diam. Saw blades with pneumatic control
• Appropriate protective ss guard for blade, pulleys and workers
• Stainless steel traction chains with ss sprockets
• Conveyor is in flat top and cone top belt driven by an hydraulic motor directly coupled
• Emergency Stop/Start push button and safety limit switch
• Laser guide light in a stainless steel protective box.
