Butt & Picnic cutter

The Butt & Picnic cutter replaces band saws for the separation of shoulder. Using a laser light guide, the operator's task is to position the shoulders on the conveyor where it is automatically transported and positioned by superior traction chains through the 36 in. blade. The blade angle is adjustable to obtain the required cut specification. The security of operation and consistency with a minimum of saw dust insure benefits and superior quality.

Construction :

• SS 304 tubular frame bolted on the Main Break-up table

• Balance 36 inc. Diam. Blade adjustable in height and width

• Appropriate protective ss guard for blade and pulleys

• Hydraulic ss traction wheel
• Emergency Stop/Start push button and safety limit switch

• Laser guide light in a stainless steel protective box.
