Loin & Belly slicer
Installed
immediately after the Shoulder Dunset Knife (C-1130) on the Main Break-up Table
(C-1100), this equipment is designed to separate loins from bellies with an
angle of 0 to 20 degrees in order to maximize the yield. Ancillary traction
chain conveyors and mechanical guide help facilitate the separataration by
the workers of
more than 1500 pieces/hr.
