C-1150 :
Loin & Belly slicer

Installed immediately after the Shoulder Dunset Knife (C-1130) on the Main Break-up Table (C-1100), this equipment is designed to separate loins from bellies with an angle of 0 to 20 degrees in order to maximize the yield. Ancillary traction chain conveyors and mechanical guide help facilitate the separataration  by the workers of more than 1500 pieces/hr.

  • SS 304 tubular frame bolted on the Main Break-up table

  • Balance 42 inc. Diam. Blade adjustable in height and width

  • Appropriate protective ss guard for blade and pulleys

  • Hydraulic ss traction wheel
  • Emergency Stop/Start push button and safety limit switch
Options :
  • Laser light to assist the hams alignment

  • Guard nozzles for blade sterilization (steam)

  • Stainless steel working platform with F.R.P. grating

  • Stainless steel chute to fit with the application
