Hind feet cut-off saw

This equipment is
designed to cut hind feet from legs on a carcass landed on a Break-up Table
(C-1100) just before separation of ham. An hydraulic adjustment is required to
cut feet on different leg size. Ancillary traction chain conveyors on the Main
Break-up Table (C-1100) facilitate the task of the worker up to 1200
carcasses/hr.
