Shoulder dunset knife
Installed immediately after
the Ham Dunset Knife (C-1120) on the Main Break-up
table (C-1100), this equipment is designed to separate shoulders from the carcass without making too much saw dust and keeping a clean cut. Ancillary traction
chain conveyors and laser guide light make worker task easy up to 1200 carcasses/hr.
