Ham dunset knife
Installed immediately after
the Hind Feet saw is placed on the Main Break-up Table, this
equipment is designed to separate the ham from the carcass without making too much saw dust and
thus keeping a clean cut. Ancillary traction chain conveyors and laser
guide light facilitate the task of the worker up to 1000 carcasses/hr.
