B-4000 : Beef Carcass Cabinet

Description:

The circular Beef Carcass Cabinet Strerilizer draws carcasses to be sterilized by a steam jet, as a way to fight bacteria, all side of the beef carcass are continuously sprayed by the steam jet at the same time. The cabinet is situated before the cabinet of aseptisation and will be conceived according to your speed of operation.

Construction:

It could also be equipped with a pursuit system followed by a computer allowing the follow up of the carcass during its operation to certify the work and the opening of high pressure.
