Motorized viscera table

The viscera inspection conveyor table is designed to allow workers to eviscerate cattles on a moving top table synchronized with an overhead rail conveyor while carcasses travel on it. The entire viscera is removed from the carcass to the moving pan, then various parts are separated and inspected. It is normally for operations faster than 25 heads/hr.

Construction :

• SS 304 square tubing frame with adjustable legs.
• SS 304 profiled slats bolted on a SS 304 conveyor chain driven by SS 304 sprockets

• Profiled slats driven by an hydraulic motor

• Lavatories and knife sterilizers.
