Clothes Pin Type Down Puller

The clothes pin type down puller is designed to remove hides from beef carcasses up to 125 heads/hour with an optimal hide removal quality. The carcass being priorly peeled up to the shoulders and then pulled up until complete removal of the hide, it performs the final operation by stripping the hide around a revolving shaft in the slaughter area of a slaughterhouse.

Construction:

  • SS 304 frame anchored to the floor.

  • SS 304 roller coupled by sprockets and chains to an hydraulic motor.

  • An hydraulic cylinder allows the roller to adjust the pull.

  • Electric stimulator.
