Back Down Puller
The back puller is
designed to remove hides from the back of beef carcasses up to 225 heads/hour
with one operator. The back feet of the carcass being priorly peeled and attached to
the hydraulic clamp, the operator drops a roller between the carcass and the hide
until it reaches the beef's shoulders. This operation is endless on moving chain.
Construction:
