B-2110 : Hide puller
The
Hydraulic
Up Hide Puller is designed to remove hides from beef carcasses up to 50 heads/hour keeping a maximum quality in hide removal, particularly
on steers. It can be operated with two people working on each side of a
central roller equipped with chains. The front feet of the carcass being priorly
peeled and attached, the operators shackle the front feet hide to the roller chains,
rolling and pulling up hide until complete removal. If the head is on, pneumatic
platforms are used each side of the roller to allow workers following hide
removal.
Construction :

with sprockets and chains to an hydraulic motor.

pneumatic platforms with F.R.P. antiskid grating.

shackle from legs and a chain sterilizer .
