Down hide puller
The
Hydraulic Down Hide Puller is designed to pull hides down from beef
carcasses up to 100 heads/hour reducing the possibilities of carcasses contamination. It is operated
by two workers on each
side of the central roller equipped with chains. Pneumatic platforms are used to allow workers following
the hide
removal.
Construction :

frame anchored to the floor

SS 304 roller coupled
with sprockets and chains to an hydraulic motor.

pneumatic platforms with F.R.P. antiskid grating.

by the translation movement to follow carcass on the overhead chain conveyor.
