B-1025 :
Beef restrainer

The beef restrainer is designed to hold the animal in a quiescent upright position to facilitate the overhead stunning with a speed over 100 heads per hour.

Construction :

  • Hss square tubing galvanized steel construction with 2 inclined conveyors

  • Each conveyor is hydraulically driven by a motor coupled with sprockets and chains.

  • Plastic slides are provided to minimize friction.

  • Hydraulic double solenoid valve

  • Electric foot pedal wired to the solenoid valve through an electrical box

  • C/w flow controls and ball valves.

  • Ss guards at the entrance

  • Structure on top of the entrance to avoid any jumps from the animal.
