H-7001 : Automatic final wash cabinet

The automatic carcass washing cabinet is designed for washing the splitted hog carcasses, while they are travelling on and overhead rail conveyor.  This equipment is designed to convein the operation speed desired and avoid over water consumption.

Construction :

• Cabinet made of SS 304 square tubing with s.s. clading on sides and top.

• High pressure SS 304 water pipes and nozzles with an hydraulic sweeping motion.

• The spraying system can be moved to follow the carcass on the rail. In fact, the water cunsumption can be reduced at its minimum by using a PLC (Programmable logical controller) to spray only when the hogs are in the cabinet.

• Booster pump: 300 psi up to 180gpm capacity

• High pressure water filtre unit
   

• Width :  66 in.

• Length : 72 in min (to be adjusted depending of the operatin speed)

• Air : up to 2 cfm @ 80 psi
