Viscera pans moving table

These conveyorized inspection table are designed to separate and inspect viscera and offal in high-capacity hog slaughterhouses. Lengths vary to suit the layout and capacity of each particular plant.

Construction :

  • SS 304 frame equipped with adjustable legs.

  • Conveyor consist of 24" x 30" x 3"SS pans, fixed on two SS chain with plastic bushings, tracked by  SS 304 sprockets.

  • Hydraulic or electric gear motor.

  • Unit completed with rinsing spray, pan sterilizer, dial thermometer and an exhaust connection.

  • Included with an end viscera dumping chute.

Options :

  • Divided viscera pans.

  • Inspection, evisceration and offal recuperation platforms.

  • Working table.

  • waste water collecting pipes.
