Washer - polisher

This machine is designed to polish conveyed hog carcasses hanging on gambrels after hog singer and greatly reduces the need for hand shaving.

Construction :

  • Structure made of SS 304 or galvanized steel 4" x 4" square tubing.

  • Sheet legs with welded plates.

  • Stainless steel shafts driven by motor-reducer assemblies coupled with belts.

Options :

  • H-6220 with 4 vertical shafts (396 polywhips).

  • H-6230 with 3 vertical shafts (297 polywhips) and 2 horizontal shafts (126 polywhips).

  • H-6240 with 3 vertical shafts (297 polywhips) and 3 horizontal shafts (189 polywhips).

  • H-6250 with 4 vertical shafts (396 polywhips) and 3 horizontal shafts (189 polywhips).
