H-60X0 : Singer cabinet

The Singer cabinet is designed for automatic singeing of hog carcass as they travel on conveyorized slaughterline. Natural gas or propane fuel can be used. The unit is available in three models having 1, 2 or 3 rows of burner nozzles ( H-6010, H-6020 or H-6030) which is required.

Construction :

• Cabinet made of SS 304 12 g. with an air room for insulation and hot air recirculation.

• SS 304 transition hood for chimney, motorized chimney trap and an exhaust blower.

• Control cabinet installed on the singer's wall.

• Electrical control box.

• SS 304 or mild steel fire rings with safety UV pilots.
