Gambreling table

The motorized gambreling table varies in heights and lengths, as well as in the arrangement of the platforms, railing, drives and stairs to conform with the condition of installation. When hogs are discharged from the dehairing machine, they fall on the receiving end of the gambreling conveyor. While they travel on the conveyor, workers standing on a platform along the conveyor, pull the toenails, expose the tendons on the hind legs, insert gambrels and attach them to the trolleys to provide the overhead conveyor.

Construction :

• Frame made of SS 304 tubes and equipped with adjustable legs.

• SS 304 flights attached to a roller conveyor chain,

• Hydraulic or electric gear motor coupled with a chain.

• SS 304 discharge end and guards.

• Platform and stairs are built in stainless steel tubing with F.R.P.

Options :

• Plated steel shafts, sprockets and conveyor chain.
